1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and SS777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SS777 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at ss777.top and any associated mobile applications.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the SS777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the SS777 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on SS777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. SS777 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held pending review.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of SS777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the SS777 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. SS777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SS777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account on your behalf.

SS777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from SS777 requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify SS777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. SS777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure when accessing SS777. We recommend using a private, password-protected network and keeping your device's operating system and security software up to date.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

SS777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed within your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. SS777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. SS777 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

SS777 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in our FAQ. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. SS777 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All transactions on SS777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

SS777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all SS777 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• SS777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to SS777 support immediately. SS777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, regardless of whether it has been wagered.

SS777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the contact details registered on their account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the SS777 platform operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section and represent the theoretical long-term return over a statistically significant number of rounds.

By participating in any game on SS777, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and is independent of all previous rounds.
• Published RTP figures are theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• SS777 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SS777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.
• Attempting to access any part of the SS777 platform or its underlying systems without authorisation.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the SS777 platform without prior written consent.

8. Responsible Gaming

SS777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the SS777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any SS777 content without prior written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to SS777 regarding the platform or its services may be used by SS777 without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SS777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

SS777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your SS777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SS777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Termination and Suspension

SS777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, SS777 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, SS777 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your SS777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

SS777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the SS777 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and SS777, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. SS777 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
